1 Send a Referral/Request
Send us a referral or complete our request form with the patient’s basic information.
We review the details and coordinate directly with the patient and referring provider to begin the process.
2 Insurance & Eligibility Review
We identify:

Authorization requirements
Estimated out-of-pocket costs
You will be informed of the next steps before moving forward.
3 Establishing Care Plan
We ensure the garment recommendation is both clinically appropriate and aligned with coverage.
4 Order Processing & Delivery
Once approved, we place the order with the manufacturer and coordinate delivery.
